Can i buy yahoolife.com domain ? is this legal?

Technically it's not illegal to own one of those domains, but it might be if you use it in a way that could confuse people into thinking it was part of Yahoo. If you make very clear that you are not, you'd probably be OK, especially if the website is noncommercial.
