Need HELP. Windows not booting up!!?

maybe reinstall windows, if not, reformat as a last result. keep backup of your stuff. i only know dos to xp. maybe format an old drive and use it as master and your compressed drive as slave and copy all the stuff you want and burn. then formatt your disc. a hard drive shouldnt be more than 80% full, for movement of things. i hope that was some help.
