How do I fix a broken trunk latch on a Pontiac Bonneville?

I have a '97 Pontiac Bonneville, and yesterday, the latch just decided that it just wasn't going to latch any more. The part that should flip over after the trunk is pushed down no longer flips back over to the other side. I'm guessing it's a busted spring. How can I fix this cheaply and easily? I'm rather car-illiterate, and very, very poor.
