Grade my fantasy team?

Pretty good team overall. Just need to strengthen your WRs and maybe get the other RB that's going to split carries with the ones you have: A Peterson/ C Taylor, J Jones/M Barber, T Bell/K Jones......so you can try to make a deal with the owners that have the other RB and try to get another #1WR or RB.
