Guys I need your answers please??? Girls can answer also but prefer guys! Short!!!?

My body temperature is weird. Even in the winter I still wear shorts for pj's. I don't wear them out though. Well for my pj's I wear my sports shirt I use for dance and I wear some shorts. When my boyfriend saw a pic of me wearing them in the winter he asked why I do that. I told him I just think it gets too hot at night. He said "It only gets hot cause your hot." Then he kept talking about it and said he thinks it's y I wear shorts for pj's. Is that weird? And also guys from your pov why/how is it y?
