I need confidence plzz help?

im brutaly shy and realy want to be more confident im soo confident and happy out of school but i was bullyed all through primary school and now im too afraid to be my self the boy hu bullyed me is in my new school and im sooo afraid he'll start again what kind of a boy bullys a boy any way
