Is it worth getting the Cingular Tilt if i dont have internet on it?

i really wanted it, but im not sure if i caan pay for internet on it. how much does internet cost for at&t? how about a blackjack or blackberry? are they worth it if i dont have internet? i just wanted a phone with a qwerty keyboard, preferably a smart phone.
