Ministry of health exam in Saudi Arabia?

I am Indian ,BSC Nurse and now working in Saudi Arabia since the last 7 months. Now i am facing a big problem about my carrier , because of , i am going to write ministry of Health exam. But they are asking my attested educational and experience certificate. i have 3 yrs experience in India. But i had worked in Sri Lanka 2 yrs. I have attested my indian experience and educational certificate. But i did not get attestation from Sri Lanka, because of,if i get attestation from sri lanka, i want to go to sri lanka and contact HRD Department. So did not try to get attested my Sri Lankan Experience Certificate. Is this must to attested to write exam?. During the interview time the agency did not tell the attestation matter, agency told me indian educational and experience certificate is enough to attestation to get visa. That was righti, i got visa and got every thing . But During the ministry of health exam, i heard all the experience certificate must be attested, other wise will not allow to write exam and sent back to India? I have 3 yrs experience in inda and 2 yrs in Sri Lanka. Can i show only my Indian attested Indian educational and experience certificates? Need to submit Sri Lankan Experience Certificate? I am really afraid.
