Should Rudy Giulanni run for president?

I hear he is thinking about it. He could have done real well in primaries of 2008. He could of had Florida won in the its primary if it hadn't been for Charlie Christ shifting his support from him to John McCain at nearly the last minute. The problem with Giuliani is had put all his effort into winning Florida. I know he has appeal to democratic voters given some of his views on social issues such as those concerning gays. After 9/11, his popularity went up s he can probably appeal to independent voters. I know he would definitely win New York primary.
