What is an effective way to study for the AP test?

Well I have an English 3 AP course Exam tomorrow and I'm a bit nervous. Even though we've prepared for the exam all year I'm still concerned about it. Is there any effective ways i can study for the exam. Also is there away for me to be able to answer questions quicker on the timed multiple choice part of exam.Also if you have any tips over the synthesis, rhetorical ysis, or Defend Challenge qualify essays on the test I'd be happy to hear those as well.
