Apparently a few people who responded to your question did not know the meaning of the word Gravitas.In fact that word is not an insult but a compliment, because it means seriousness and dignity. Tome Chavez has more gravitas then Bush, even though Chavez likes to joke , he is a man of the people. He is more serious in his beliefs han Bush He is committed to improving his country and the world, he also tells it like it is. Unlike Bush, he is a great public speaker, not corrupt, and looks out for the people. Most people love Chavez and hate Bush. So he must be doing something right.
