Changing resolution to 1680x1050 makes my monitor colored green.?

right click your desktop and get to the diskplay settings (not sure if you have vista or xp or 7 or what... so its different for all of them) and where it says colors: and under that it has a drop down box and it says Medium and Highest. click on the Highest (should be 32 bit)
