Where can i find the atkins diet info and hat to at and what not to eat??
It's basically been proven that the atkins diet is just like every other diet.. it's a DIET. If you want to lose weight, think long term. The atkins diet basically consists of cutting out carbs. Believe it or not there's such thing as good carbs that your body needs, and the diet restricts you from that. After a while you'll eat the smallest amount of carbs and you'll gain all the weight back. Some people actually feel weak when on the diet because you're cutting out a major food group; any diet that cuts out any major food group isn't a healthy or legitamite one.
