Does anyone know how to get rid of razorbumps razorburn?

Ive asked this question on here a lot hoping one of the responses will work but nuthin yet, ive had this skin condition for seven years and its ruined my confidence and realtionships alike so im just tryin to figure out a way to heal the bumps/burn so that im not shaving over the irritated ares for the rest of my life if thats even going ot be possible last night i tried the hydrcortisone neosporin theory and i think it made it a little worse than it already was witch hazel products contain alcohol so i cant do that im on antibiotics but even that isnt working so any input is greatly appreciated thank you!:)
