Knifty Knitter Loom (first time using this)?
They all come (when new) with a small hook-type tool with which you will lift each loop over the next. If it looks like a needle (with a sharper end, and an eye on the other end), then it is a needle. It is used for sewing up the item when you are finished, sometimes to finish off the last stitches, or to bind up the ends of your knitting. Basically, that is all you need. In a pinch, you can use a larger crochet hook, or any hooked tool for lifting stitches. And any steel darning needle will work, if the eye is large enough for the yarn you are using.
